At SculptUrGlow, we are committed to providing high-quality body sculpting and wellness services tailored to your individual needs. Because all of our treatments are performed on a scheduled, appointment-based system and require dedicated time and preparation from our specialists, our refund policy is as follows:

Service Refunds

All sales for services, appointments, and sessions are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule at no additional cost when notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

No-show appointments are considered non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments up to once without penalty when proper notice is given. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Unsatisfied With Results

Because results vary per individual and depend on multiple factors (body type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance), SculptUrGlow does not guarantee specific outcomes and therefore does not issue refunds based on treatment results.

Packages & Promotional Offers

Multi-session packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Sessions may be transferred to another eligible service at the discretion of SculptUrGlow management.
